We systematically investigate bends in metal–insulator–metal (MIM) subwavelength plasmonic waveguides resonator, realized in a two-dimensional (2D) plasmon polariton metal using a finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method with perfectly matched layers (PMLs) boundary conditions. We apply the outer portion of the bend structure in resonator which can lead to remarkably good bending transmission characteristics. We discuss the existence conditions of different modes which affect the device performance, and analyze coupling efficiency of the outer portion of the bend structure resonator in detail. Meanwhile, we find that the first dip of the outer portion smooth bend resonator nearly linear shifts toward longer wavelengths with the increase of the effective waveguiding length. In addition, add/drop directional couplers are realizable using the present resonator structure.  相似文献

PbFe1/2Nb1/2O3 (PFN) ceramics, to which an admixture of manganese oxide (MnO2) was added, was obtained by calcination of the powder in a single stage synthesis. Compacting was made by a free sintering method. Results of investigations of microstructure, magnetic, magnetoelectric, dielectric and piezoelectric properties and electric conductivity vs. temperature are presented. The influence of manganese admixture on the physical properties of the PFN ceramics is presented. The admixtures decrease the electric conduction of the PFN ceramic specimens.  相似文献

In this article, we review basic information about the interaction of transition metal atoms with the (0 0 0 1) surface of graphite, especially fundamental phenomena related to growth. Those phenomena involve adatom-surface bonding, diffusion, morphology of metal clusters, interactions with steps and sputter-induced defects, condensation, and desorption. General traits emerge which have not been summarized previously. Some of these features are rather surprising when compared with metal-on-metal adsorption and growth. Opportunities for future work are pointed out.  相似文献

采用密度泛函理论(DFT)结合投影缀加波(PAW)方法,对LiVPO4F的晶体结构,电子结构和电化学属性进行了研究。从理论上获得了脱Li前后具体的晶格参数的变化。通过对其态密度的计算,发现在放电过程中,V在化合物中呈现离子态,发生+3/+4价态的转变,电子转移主要发生在V原子上;而P原子的状态比较稳定,并不发生大的电子的转移,磷酸根的空间结构也变化不大。同时LiVPO4F的禁带宽度仅为1.63 eV,说明其在一定情况下具有良好的导电性,有利于放电过程中电子的输运。LiVPO4F是铁磁相,磁矩为2μB,而VPO4F为反铁磁相。此外,通过计算获得了LiVPO4F的平均嵌锂电压为4.0 eV。  相似文献

多探测器拼接成像系统实时图像配准   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
依据已设计完成的基于同心球透镜的四镜头多探测器阵列拼接成像系统,对该系统图像拼接配准过程所采用的特征检测提取、特征向量匹配与筛选、空间变换模型参数估计等算法进行了研究。首先,采用Fast-Hessian检测子提取参考图像和待配准图像的特征点,并生成加速鲁棒特征(SURF)描述向量。接着,采用快速近似最近邻(FANN)逼近搜索算法获得初始的匹配点对,并对匹配点对特征向量的欧式距离进行排序。然后,参照成像系统光学设计参数设定合理的阈值,筛选并保留下较好的匹配点对。最后,提出了一种改进的渐进式抽样一致性(IPROSAC)算法对空间变换矩阵模型进行参数估计,从而得到参考图像与待配准图像的空间几何变换关系。实验结果表明:该算法对图像尺寸、旋转和光照变化都具有一定的不变性,特征匹配时间为0.542 s,配准变换时间0.031 s,配准误差精度小于0.1 pixel,可以满足成像系统关于图像配准实时性和准确性的要求,具有一定的工程应用价值。  相似文献

We addressed comprehensively the performance of Shortest-Path HARP Refinement (SP-HR), SinMod, and DENSEanalysis using 2D slices of synthetic CSPAMM and DENSE images with realistic contrasts obtained from 3D phantoms. The three motion estimation techniques were interrogated under ideal and no-ideal conditions (with MR induced artifacts, noise, and through-plane motion), considering several resolutions and noise levels. Under noisy conditions, and for isotropic pixel sizes of 1.5 mm and 3.0 mm in CSPAMM and DENSE images respectively, the nRMSE obtained for the circumferential and radial strain components were 10.7 ± 10.8% and 25.5 ± 14.8% using SP-HR, 11.9 ± 2.5% and 29.3 ± 6.5% using SinMod, and 6.4 ± 2.0% and 18.2 ± 4.6% using DENSEanalysis. Overall, the results showed that SP-HR tends to fail for large tissue motions, whereas SinMod and DENSEanalysis gave accurate displacement and strain field estimations, being the last which performed the best.  相似文献

A family of high algebraic order ten-step methods is obtained in this paper. The new developed methods have vanished phase-lag (the first one) and phase-lag and its first derivative (the second one). We apply the new developed methods to the resonance problem of the radial Schrödinger equation. This paper deals with some finite-time control problems for uncertain discrete-time linear systems subject to exogenous disturbance. Sufficient conditions are presented for finite-time stabilization via state feedback. These conditions can be reduced to feasibility problems involving linear matrix inequality (LMI). A detailed solving method is proposed for the restricted linear matrix inequalities. Finally, an example illustrates the proposed methodology.  相似文献

In this paper two common collocation approaches based on radial basis functions have been considered; one be computed through the integration process (IRBF) and one be computed through the differentiation process (DRBF). We investigated the two approaches on natural convection heat transfer equations embedded in porous medium which are of great importance in the design of canisters for nuclear wastes disposal. Numerical results show that the IRBF be performed much better than the common DRBF, and show good accuracy and high rate of convergence of IRBF process.  相似文献
